OMIS CRANES: THE LED SIGN PROJECTORS THAT IMPROVE SAFETY
To protect operators from the risks associated with transit in the working area of the overhead cranes, it is now possible to install a signaling device that projectc a light beam in parallel to the movement of the overhead travelling cranes and delimits the working area.
The projected light highlights a perimeter, an area to be avoided while the bridge crane in motion and warns, with a light sign, all the operators of the imminent crossing, making them aware of the possible danger.

JIB CRANES, OPERATE AT 360°
Jib cranes, cantilever or column mounted, are designed to serve circular working areas, generally for lifting light loads. Our standard production covers capacities up to 2 tons and outreaches up to a maximum of 8 metres.
Larger jib cranesare available upon request. The lifting unit is representedin most cases by the chain hoist, while the wire rope hoist is mounted in case of higher capacities.

Crane with 20/2 t capacity and 19 m spam, installed in a still mill located in the North-East of Italy, to service billets heat treatment.
The basket, loaded with steel billets and moved with a spreader beam, are automatically positioned on the tempering tanks.
