LO QUE LAS EMPRESAS BUSCAN

Hemos presentado nuestro mundo y nuestro trabajo en el salón de actos del instituto A. Scotton de Bassano del Grappa (VI), explicando cuál skills, soft y hard, búsqueda una empresa cuando asume. Hemos participado en el encuentro con los estudiantes contando la historia de la empresa y cuáles son los característicos SOFT y HARD que les investigamos en las personas lunar asumido.
Durante la primera parte de la intervención hemos descrito el grupo y contado la historia evolutiva de la empresa, evidenciando las características de las personas que trabajan ya en la organización.
En la segunda parte de la intervención hemos afrontado el tema de definir las figuras que investigamos dentro del departamento productivo OMIS y cuál soy soft y hard skills que investigamos: atención a las aptitudes atadas al trabajo en team, problem solving e intercambiabilidad.
Intervención participada por una asamblea compuesta por estudiantes de muchas direcciones, atentas e interesados, del que hemos recibido nosotros mismos una retroalimentación positiva en la comparación con las otras empresas participantes, en términos de división sobre qué buscan al momento del recruiting.
ALTERNANCIA ESCUELA-TRABAJO

OMIS es insertado con interés en el recorrido "Alternancia escuela-trabajo" propuesto a nivel nacional del MIUR, normalmente hospedando en el curso del año a los estudiantes por formaciones formativas y prácticas.
Este año ha participado, en el mes de enero, a una conferencia relativamente a "La manutención de las grúas a puente" al instituto Profesional Estatal G.B. Garbin de Thiene (VI).
El momento formativo ha ocurrido al instituto, específicamente para los estudiantes de la dirección "manutención" con título de la conferencia "La manutención de las grúas a puente".
En auditorio ha sido presentado el mundo OMIS, y en particular de OMIS Service.
En sede han sido, en fin, hospedados a los estudiantes, haciendo hacer su un recorrido técnico para ver motor, reductor, árganas y polipastos.
