Wiring is one of the most demanding challenges: it reduces work during installation on site to a minimum, speeds up and makes the commissioning of the crane more precise. OMIS modular wiring with connectors facilitates the medium-long term maintenance of overhead cranes.
Our factory testing is carried out with highly technological devices that simulate the operation of the crane in its final destination.

CASE HISTORY OF THE MONTH - OVERHEAD CRANES WITH MASTER/SLAVE OPERATION, IN THE METAL CARPENTRY INDUSTRY
Installation of 2 overhead crane with master/slave operation at one of our historical customers in the North of Italy.
This system allows to control the 2 cranes at the same time, making easier the handling of very long components by a single operator.
A risk reduction system is also applied to OMIS overhead cranes by means of a radio data transmission kit. The receiving/transmitting devices installed on the machines put the cranes in communication and give the possibility to block the in the event od anomalies and breakdowns.
