OMIS automatic warehouse with a storage capacityof 1500 tons

The OMIS automatic warehouse  is the ideal solution for storing and managing material of all weights and sizes, making the most of the avalaible space, thus reducing the surface occupied, compared to a traditional warehouse.

In this case, the same work process was maintained, increasing its speed, safety and reliability with the installation of an automatic bridge crane, combined with a shuttle for loading/unloading baskets with the use of lifters for the optimization of dead times.

This customized configuration includes 1000 lots for a storage capacity of 1500 tons.

The main advantage is the increase in productivity with safe and dynamic  product management which, combined with a specific software for optimal inventory control, tracks the movement.
