Economical and functional, fixed to a pillar in the shed
The wall-mounted jib crane is a practical, low-cost solution for making an independent workstation, which would otherwise require the use of an overhead crane or a forklift truck. Moreover, the jib crane solves the issues connected with the handling of loads in confined spaces, where other lifting equipment would not be able to operate.
It is a simple, practical and cost-effective solution for the manual handling of loads at workstations that do not permit use of the pillar but can make use of a load-bearing pillar for fixing the boom with a system of brackets and tie-rods.
The types of fixing vary from tie-rod with counter-brace, C-sling (using chemical dowels), to frontal attachment (using chemical dowels) and angled sling (using chemical dowels). The boom is turned by pushing the load manually. The range of rotation is within 270°, in relation to the pillar. Jib cranes larger than standard solutions are available on request.
